The Royal Dublin Fusiliers Association promotes the memory of the Irish soldiers who served with the Royal Dublin Fusiliers in the 16th Irish Division in the First World War (WW1) Great War, and features military medals won by them and the campaigns in which they fought.

Armistice Day Commemorations

Join us at Collins Barracks for a day of tours, talks, and handling sessions with the Royal Dublin Fusiliers Association to mark Armistice Day commemorations.

On Saturday, 16th November, the Royal Dublin Fusiliers Association are coming to Collins Barracks.

There will be a handling session with artefacts relating to the Royal Dublin Fusiliers regiment, a talk about the relationship between the regiment and the historic site of Collins Barracks, as well as tours of our World War I exhibition, Recovered Voices: Stories of the Irish at War, 1914-1915.

These events are free and no booking is required. However, places on the tours are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
